Meet the Author and Owner of Preston Strength

Hi, I'm Steve Preston and I'm a lot like you.  

As a young athlete I could do anything.  I was strong, lean, fast and felt indestructible.  When I turned 40 things started to change.  I was getting weaker, gaining fat, struggling with nagging aches and pains and feeling terrible.

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach it was time for me to go to work on fixing my problem.  What resulted was a system of training that worked so well I opened up my training business to help more and more people.
