Preston Strength is currently operating out of a small, private location in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake, VA.     

Preston Strength caters to athletes and adults who are serious about their training and results. We are  NOT a public gym. Those looking to train with us must first apply by filling out an online application. We only accept 20-25 athletes/clients at a time into our program. This allows us to give our undivided attention to our clients, which in turn, enables us to achieve the world-renowned results we’ve become known for. [This is also one of the reasons we prefer to operate out of a smaller facility. It allows us to focus solely on our clients’ training, without the day-to-day headaches associated with managing a larger facility.]

Utilizing what we refer to as “customized group training”, our athletes/clients benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment (2-4 per group), while also receiving the individual attention needed to elevate performance. [NOTE: At Preston Strength, training together in groups does NOT mean everyone always does the same workout. Each athlete/client has his/her own customized program that’s performed within the group setting.] There are no “cookie cutter” programs at Preston Strength!

Our private gym/lab has been called the "place to be for athletes and serious training" due to our expertise in improving ALL aspects of athletic performance. Whether you’re looking to improve your strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, or sport-specific endurance – Preston Strength will get you there. With over 37 years of strength training experience and working with hundreds of athletes from 10 years old to the NFL, there is nobody better in this area for getting sports performance results.

Fat Blast Group Training Class <=== Coming Soon

This is our signature group fitness class that’ll help you burn fat and get more energy but here’s the kicker, most group classes are NOT designed for people over 40. We’ve built this program…for you

Classes will be one hour long beginning October 7th.  Classes will be at the Preston Strength studio and limited to 15 people.  Classes will be Monday - Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm sharp.
